What is Crowdfunding?
Crowdfunding allows you to sell awesome custom products, with zero hassle, zero upfront costs, and zero risk.

Will I be charged for ordering a product?
  • When you buy a product, the amount is debited from your card and simply held by your bank
  • If your product meets the target, you will be charged and your order will be shipped to you on the shipping date mentioned
  • In case the target quantity is not met, the amount will be credited back to your account
When will the t-shirts be delivered?
Each campaign will have a shipping date mentioned. Generally, orders will be shipped within 15-20 days after the campaign ends.
Do I still have to pay if the campaign doesn't reach its target?
You will not be charged if the campaign does not reach its target. We'll cancel the payment authorization within 48 hours of the end of the campaign and it will be credited to your account.
Cancellation & Refund
  • You can cancel your order only before the campign ends. You will not be able to cancel your order after the campaign ends as these tshirts are made on demand
  • After your request for cancellation, within 48 hours we'll cancel your payment authorization and the money will be credited to your account
Return Policy
  • The product can be exchanged (if damaged) within 7 days of receiving the order
  • We will not be able to exchange the products since they are made on demand and are specifically customised for you. Although, you can request for a size change before the campaign has ended

How do I launch a campaign?
To launch a campaign, just click on ‘Sell Your Artwork’ and follow the steps. You can also send us your artwork at design@thesouledstore.com and we’ll get back to you.
Does it cost anything to launch a campaign?
No, it's completely free to launch a campaign. You'll never have to pay any upfront costs or take any risk.
Can you help me with design?
Sure! You can reach us at design@thesouledstore.com and we will take it from there.
When will I be paid if my campaign is successful?
Your profits will be credited to your account 15 days after the end of the campaign.
Who handles customer service?
We offer full customer support for all your campaigns.
What happens if I pass my target?
No problem! You can keep selling t-shirts until the campaign ends.
How do I promote my campaign?
Tell people! Get the word out, share your work on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest etc. Let everyone know about it!
